a vent character, probably my most gruesome and the one I draw when I feel miserable
pronouns are currently they, them, their, etc.
experimented on from a young age by an abusive scientist who wanted to see if they could survive without taking food in through the mouth or communicating, so he sewed the poor thing's mouth shut for the ultimate test (Silenx is apparently not the scientist's first ever trial, as they were tagged Subject #36.). The scientist's experimentation seemed to have worked but Silenx was still worn out and injured from all his unnecessary abuse and errors along the way.
Another one of the scientist's experiments went wrong, allowing Silenx to escape to the woods where they sheltered until amateur animal rescuers discovered them and attempted to nurse them back to health. The rescuers had barely patched up some of Silenx's worst injuries, and had still been trying to decide how to solve the stitched mouth, when Silenx escaped once again. Not sure what Silenx is doing currently, but they are very damaged mentally and physically.
